A legal disclaimer:
Effective Date: April 19, 2026 | Applies to: ARS-LABS.COM
Research Use Only — Important Notice
All analytical testing services provided by ARS Lab Analytics are strictly for in vitro research and quality assurance purposes only. Results, Certificates of Analysis, and reports issued by ARS are not intended for use in clinical diagnosis, therapeutic decision-making, human consumption evaluation, or any regulatory submission without independent validation by a fully accredited body.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and
Axon Group Holdings, operating ARS Lab Analytics ("ARS," "we," "us"), governing your access to and use of the Site at
ARS-LABS.COM and all associated analytical testing services. By submitting a sample, placing an order, or using the Site,
you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our Services,
you represent that you are acting in a legitimate research, commercial quality assurance, or scientific capacity. ARS
reserves the right to refuse service to any party at its sole discretion.
3. Services
ARS Lab Analytics provides independent analytical testing of peptides and small molecule research chemicals using
instrumentation including but not limited to HPLC, LC-MS, and NMR. Specific testing methods, turnaround times, and
deliverables are described in the service listing applicable to your order at the time of purchase. ARS reserves the right to
modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3.1 Approved Compounds
ARS accepts samples for testing that are lawful research chemicals and peptides. We do not accept controlled substances
without appropriate regulatory authorization. Client is solely responsible for ensuring the legality of submitted samples
under all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Submission of an illegal substance is grounds for
immediate termination of services and may result in reporting to appropriate authorities.
3.2 Sample Submission
Client must submit samples in accordance with ARS sample submission guidelines provided at the time of order. Samples
must be accurately labeled with compound name, lot/batch number, and concentration. ARS is not responsible for results
compromised by mislabeled, contaminated, degraded, or improperly packaged samples.
4. Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Upon completion of testing, ARS will issue a Certificate of Analysis (COA) digitally to the email address provided at order.
COAs contain a unique task number and verification key. Results are specific to the submitted sample lot and do not
constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding any other lot, batch, or product. ARS makes no representation that tested
compounds are suitable for any particular research application.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Turnaround begins upon confirmed receipt of a sample
in acceptable condition. ARS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, sample quality
issues, or high testing volume. Rush services are available at additional cost and remain subject to laboratory capacity.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order placement unless a net terms arrangement has been established in writing. All prices
are listed in USD. ARS accepts major credit cards and approved electronic payment methods. Orders are not entered into
queue until payment is confirmed. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation without refund of any
processing fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and COA templates — is the property of Axon Group Holdings
and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. COA results issued to a Client are licensed for that
Client's internal use. Reproduction, redistribution, or publication of COAs for commercial purposes without written consent
is prohibited. Verification of COA authenticity via the ARS verification portal constitutes permitted use.
8. Confidentiality
ARS treats all sample submissions and associated data as confidential. We will not disclose Client-specific testing data to
third parties without written consent, except as required by law. Clients may opt in to public COA posting through the ARS
public results portal. ARS may use aggregated, anonymized testing data internally for quality assurance and service
improvement purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARS Lab Analytics and Axon Group Holdings shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our Services or
reliance on COA results. Our total aggregate liability to any Client shall not exceed the amount paid by that Client for the
specific testing service giving rise to the claim. ARS does not warrant that results will be error-free or that test methods are
appropriate for all intended uses.
10. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARS Lab Analytics and Axon Group Holdings, including their
officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) Client's misuse of COA results; (b) submission of illegal or improperly documented
samples; (c) Client's violation of these Terms; or (d) Client's violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be
subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the
rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Georgia. Nothing herein prevents either party
from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
ARS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to the Site with a revised
effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised
Terms.
